Make a static IP (create) on Windows 7

I want to have an IP for my server... I used to make it with my XP but win7 ain't working.


Anyone can help me get a static IP so people can view and play my server?

Why would you use Win7 for a FlyFF server? Just dual boot win2008 if you want to run a server.

Please just help me, don't keep giving me completely new stuff to do. All I want is an static IP.

The best you can do without buying a new package from your ISP is make your internal IP static, which wont help. Go to dyndns.org and register to get a dynamic DNS service. That is your best option.
