yes, a good anti dup system is crucial in low exp servers, and handy in high exp server =D

i have those two runing on myserver.. now..

the first one is a bit tricky to put put.. u have to create and extra table called.. automgg and add another column to memb_info called fz
- im scared of this one though dude to it writes down all the item changes in the server to database.. i will have to say this will make it a bit lagged.

So this will prevent dupe from happening rather than deleting the dupe items?

i have test them both now..

but 1st one hasnt detected any duping yet... it is late at night in the phils.. so all the dupers probably asleep ill check tom.

the second.. still gives me too much lag to even see if it worked.

Ow yeah when i said add an extra table.. i mean to add it if u dont use .99b+ MG version.. cause most other server packages doesnt have one.

To everyone
2 triggers work great but if u want so, must alter something to fit your db.
John_d i got both run too and we can cut off the query writting logs to prevent laggggy

Actually, it deleted duping items after they are duped and write a logs showing info of who,time,... involing duping.

we need to limit the itemlog table...

Damn.. this is crazy.. it is really slowing everything down.

i suggest we make a better more optimze one.

lol same here.. when i run the second trigger,... bang! craches my system. but the first one is doing great.

first is also lagging.. with 500 people online it almost impossible to login.. .

lag is thing must be happening cos' these trigger will use a great deal of server's resources( loop effect)

also a bug is found.. it doesnt really stop duping..

it bans the people who buy dupe items.. hehehe.. wat about the real dupers.

a way to over do is..

do a trade-drop-dupe-bug.. then dont pick up item.. give it let some1 pick up the drop dupe item.. then go sell it.. hehehe

Hi, I have tested in 99b+ and this trigger (the first one) works. When the char terminates the dupe process, the vault is locked, and (in my case) the account was blocked. My players when discover they have been caught imediatelly sell the item in inventory and come to me to tell me they lost the pw from warehouse :D

Poor kids !!!

With the vault locked they can't do nothing with the duped item. And now the account is blocked and I dont unblock this type of player.

But, the trigger this surely works !

nice man, this trigger is good to smal servers, were there isen't much players, wen there are a lot of players, it will cause the lag that john_d said.

What if they can only use the chaos goblin dupe method in a non-trade server? When they log out to go into the trade server, will their dupe be caught? Just trying to think around the problem... legit players getting blocked is NOT an option :eh:

This script work fine if you have 2 duped items in your werehouse!!!The problem is if you have 1 dupet in werehouse and you give the second one in another player you have 2 items 1 in werehouse and 1 in another persone and script no check it!!!Is it posible to make this script to delete duped items from inventory and werehouse.This will be great and will stop any duper i think!!!Sorry for may bad english

autogmgg works. of course you have to set it to 1. also in the CTxxxx ini file. whatever that is. autogmgg=1. well this table is mainly use for announcement.

actually i made use of this table to make regular interval announcement of whose online bcoz i could not make the SLIDE works like real time announcement. this helps players point out who are online bcoz the server is small of about 100 accnts.

so does it prevent duping [chaos-goblin] in 99b?

i have the problem in Warehouse, the Warehouse always lock and the itens converts to exc kris, and i cant unlock the valut, i have to delete the account and create another, but the problem occorues again.......

make a subserver if you have 99b version and put the chaos goblin in the subserver disable the trade and remove all vaults.(in subserver)
