Specific GS Crash, and Medal Item Drop Question

Client: Infernal Mu, 1.04H
Server: 1.00.16

My GS will crash every time 'Triple Shot', or 'Fire Scream' is used. This only started recently and I'm totally confused as to why. We've used the skills many times before, but I've been updating some files to better suit me and my families wants. My most recently update was altering the item drop rate, the items that fall from Medals and such, and the experience rate. I could replace the updated file with the original, but I'd like to see just what went wrong in case it ever happens again.

I'm totally noob when it comes to hex-editing, I freak out once I see all those letters and numbers pop up. :grr: But if I must, I must. Is there a certain code I should keep an eye out for and replace? Am I best off just replacing the GS files because it's a lost cause?

Finally, with my Medal item drop updates I've added some items, like the Flame of Condor as well as some other Wing and Fenrir mix items. I've checked the codes, and they're all normal, but when they drop some are +1 to +3, and won't combine with others (say, the armor) for a full 20/20. I have to combine +1's with +1's, 2's with 2's and so on. Again, am I just out of luck? Should I just suck it up and find a way to put Lot and CW on the server? Not for a lack of trying, I'd love to have them added, just 1.00.16 is the only server I've gotten running through despite all the guides I've tried and I don't see many threads specific to it.

Any and all help is appreciated, if more information is needed I'll provide what I can.

Nope, just the event item drops, item stats, some monster levels. Nothing heavy, just fine tunes. When reloading the GS I noticed it had some errors with my event bag 4, so I'm going to reload the orig file. Still not sure about the skill crashes though.

I did put some auto reset scripts in SQL as well, now that I think of it, but that wouldn't be related, would it? I just wish I recalled which update was the last thing I did before this crashing started to happen.

I have since replaced the gamerserver folder with the origional, and the skills are working again. Don't know what corrupted it, I never changed anything in that file.
