NubzorPT Server

Hi all,
recently I developed a server for my friend,
but I think im at the point of giving up,
and because virtually everyone on ragezone helped me i thought i'd release the files.

Features:
Should be no bugs (maybe just a few skin)
You would have to configure clans to work on these files (they should work).
Custom Exp table,
Left Clickable skills.

Credits:

20% to me

Recommendations:
Use Gregory/Gregoo's account manager (Here) After setting up Sandurr's database for clans

Note: Do not use KPT server to load the server up, use the Server.exe in the server files as it is built with custom exp table, if you wanna remove the NubzorPT just simply hex it to your name.

Configuration: you will need to change the following:
-sql.dll
-all registry files
-hotuk.ini

just change the Interser(some random numbers)\SQLEXPRESS to your sql server,
change 127.0.0.1 to your i.p.
and change password to your sql password

What client files do you use? any specific server? so skins kinda match up

If the exp table is custom, it will have to come with a client, or it's useless. The client and server exp table have to match up exactly.

also the client i used personally was XternalPT so i'd recommened that,
the .exe connects to their server unless you know how to hex and be clever.

Thanks to Gregoory, and AirBourn (who at least provided the environment under which this was developed) and Moons who I know tried hard to hold that ship together under difficult circumstances, and anyone else who's work is stolen here then. :(: sad times.

I'm not pointing fingers, I know it can be hard to site your sources in this field, and there is no way to put the genie back in the bottle.

I'm just sad... And hope I can at least credit the people I know have had some hand in the creation... If you know someone (maybe your self) who worked on this release, please list them. Let's at least have the record straight.

I've been through all the problems that can be, corrected them and prepared a document that includes all problems \ ERRORS with solutions that can be.

What's the level limit on this? I try editing my lvl to 140, 130, 120, **** **** but my percentage is like 2523123% and my lvl is at 0, when i log under admin i get error 10054

1-Cuz you use a level editor with the wrong xp table
2-Cuz you are running 2 times the server.exe

Jake you would release a server that is based on our server.exe with our custom exp, thanks budd thought you where straight.

Also I heard that Swezid gave you all the files? Damn I knew that gay for 6 years didn't think he'd be this way stealing all these files and then giving them to you... Now I see how he stole Gregoo's account manager, I trusted Swezid to help me and he stole all files and now look at this 2 month later you make a PT based on XternalPT's files.. Now I'm not a happy camper.

Atleast Jake I don't mind if you take them, but why release it? I mean come on, you're just trying to ruin me? I thought we where friends.

Whatever, At least on the time Swezid stole those files there was still a lot of bugs -- monsters, npcs, gold, exp, and more and we hadn't even released our new maps that we have now, fixed monsters, exp and new items so just enjoy the custom exp, level cap, and an un-finished client.

IMO: I don't recommend using these files if you don't know how to hex to complete them, and btw Gregoo deserves the most credit because he took a huge roll to this point of the server.

Thanks Jake & Swezid you are both loyal friends, Swezid now you know why I don't talk to you on MSN anymore, and I can't believe I worked with a person like you on my old servers.

Lmao, I just want you to know this XPT version was around v2.2 and now we're on v4.0 SP1, so if you don't release this with a game.exe this is basically trash because you need our game.exe to connect... And the ones on our download page won't target with this server.exe, because I changed a lot of connection info so basically you can't connect to this server.exe because it's such an old version. Even if you manage to get our game.exe to edit it with our new info you need to unpack it, but if you unpack it the game.exe won't work anymore! Meaningly this is a bad release unless you somehow manage to release a game.exe to work with this but then our staff team knows exactly how to access that game.exe so if you're basically releasing a 50/50 chance-of-work, or hack-me-please server! Good job Jake ;)

1. Run it with our game.exe = won't connect to this server.exe
2. Get it to work with another game.exe = All items skins messed up, and no custom exp
3. Just give up already, you didn't do a good job at releasing stolen files!

we'll, you can search the old version of game.exe of XPT,in here in philippines, alot of it in here, so many cafes havent updated there XPT clients, you just need to configure it :)

well, look at the bright side, swezid rocks! =P
