Help Me With My Server Ip

Hellow Can you help me with my server?
i use local ip only for testing my server not GLOBAL IP
my problem is i dont know how to setup this with my global ip pls help me..!! i try to go http://whatismyip.org/ and i see my ip but cant connect :( help me pls i need ur Help.
i use MuServer Shatter season4.5

but i dont know how because im a newbie!! i dont understand the other guide thats why i post here!!!
