Can't Open Cliente.

Guys, i have installed chumpy's repackv2.8 and download OGPlanet client.
i mack patch with "cabal_patchtool pack" command then i extrac it in the client, i change the ip's in internal.txt, doble click then in start-cabal, open black windows, load a bit and then close :$:
What can be the problem?

unpack with cabal_patchtool

with the gm tools i gave you there is a file named:runEncPacker
run it and unpack language.enc:)
however i dont think that is your problem!
Try check WorldSvr logs and post here

install or reinstall java files. Try to reinstall. u start ur system windows "Administrator" not user host :) unpack Language.enc change only one IP 1_server ip end 1_Login server ip pack end copy to client files id data. Start Cabalmain.exe. :)

if u start Global or Elite CabalMain.exe u need coding MD5 enc files. u use normal CabalMain.exe

I have java reinstalled, changed centos 4.x to centos 5.x i'm administrator in system windows. bit i still not understand how to unpack and pack i only put in PuTTY cabal_patchtool pack, it creat a patch i copy to client folder, extract it and copy files to client. Yes to all.. and then i open WinSCP go to /root/cabalfiles/encfiles open 1 to one and copy the text inside to client files. i'm doing something wrong? i really don't understand very good the cabal_patchtool command..

cabal_patchtool doesn't pack all .enc so i think might be the problem since server doesn't have same files as the server'
here :* Stopped cabal_patchtool from packing (not unpacking) data.enc, item.enc and mob.enc
so i think data.enc don't let you load full client

Ok i fix the problem!!! I enter in Lan. when i run cabal_config (v2.8) i put in Server adress CentOS IP and i can enter server, but when i put WAN IP i cant enter channel :S what can be the problem?
I think the port are blocked... can u tell me how to open ports ports: 38101 and 38121 i see in other post that i need the ports open.. and i go to http://www.canyouseeme.org/ and it say me that i have the ports blocked. I have a router Asus WL-500g how can i open ports?
