It's a fair web,just improve on it.

Bad control floor, poor choice of color scheme, stretched/skewed banner, bad choice of font.

I'ts more than a re-color and he most likely plans to code it so then if anything just has similarity's in the template, who gives a flying fuck, there are hundreds of thousands of sites out there it is possible for people to have similarities or even be using the same skins, templates etc
