Hahah... Read up guides and all post in those threads.
I'm having the same problem too:/:
i thought that it has something to do with my OS because windows 7 has some compatibility issues with some programs. please tell me if anyone has found a way to make this work. :O:
I KNOW, I KNOW, get rid of that s*** os. Use XP way faster, more stable atm, and isn't as bloated, windows 7 & vista have to much to them, its just eye candy, nothing else, your paying for a version of windows that looks pretty. yet again, this is just my opinion, other then that, I wouldn't know any other fix.
Good news, it installed on XP
In other news, any help with this? I tried quite a few ip combinations and yes my ports are open.

the ports aren't important for local uses, change the ip address to your local or if your hosting it your ip address.
otherwise your not going to get it working.
127.0.0.1 doesn't work for luna.
Windows 7 is faster than Vista and XP.
The Luna private server ONLY works on XP OR XP Virtual Mode.
I can't believe I didn't realize that was the Riot from Athens. >.>
Anyway the servers load up and connect perfectly on XP using only the ip 127.0.0.1 for all of them.
Then, I got Thai Luna fully patched, prokillers patch in, and im using the IP changer. For that I have CCCC11110000 as the version, and 127.0.0.1 as the 2 ip's.
I also put CCCC11110000 in LUNAClient and LunaVerInfo, and my ServerList.bin has 127.0.0.1 and 16002 as well as an english server name. What am I doing wrong?
Here's the error I get:

The problem was that you didnt fix the version correct. If you want to make a test copy de ip changer into the carpet of your client.
and check what appers in the firt line apper the version of your client and in the second the ip, and in the third the second ip.
If in the first line or second line appers some diferent its becose your client.exe was wrong edited.
Note: I instaled in windows 7 and vista whithout problems.
IP Changer says:
CCCC11110000
127.0.0.1
127.0.0.1
And Roha, could you tell me how you got it working on Windows 7?
This is what I got:
Code:*USERSERVER 1 127.0.0.1 16002 "Luna" 1
*CHANNELNUM 1 5
I'm using the Thai client fully updated + the Thai Patch.
Good luck to you guys. It is ass pain process to setup luna server for first time. So good luck :)
