PortForwarding a GunZ Server 100% Working

PortForward a GunZ Server

This TUT is for 100 % working i have tested it on my own server and everything works fine.

Follow these stepz

Step 1 : Open the Your Webbrowser [ like FireFox internet explorer etc ]
Step 2 : Open Run [ Start --> Run ]
Step 3 : Type in : " cmd " [ without "" ofcourse ]
Step 4 : Type in : " ipconfig " [ without "" ofcourse ]
Step 5 : Now look for your "DefaultGateway"
Step 6 : Type your "DefaultGateway" in your webbrowser
Step 7 : Now it ask you for a "Login Name" and "Password" [ If it dont go to Step 13 ]
Step 8 : Now open your webbrowser again and type : http://portforward.com
Step 9 : Now you get a list of routers look for your router [ If you don't know name of you router you can find it on the back of your router ]
Step 10 : Now you see a list of games choose the game you want, like : " GunZ "
Step 11 : Now a new page open, where you can find all the information you look for and you can find there your inlog name and password.

[ For Example i use a Thomson TWG850, i see this page : http://portforward.com/english/route...WG850/GunZ.htm as you can see there it tell me my password is "admin" and my inlog name is "blank" ]

Step 12 : After doing that put go back to your first page you opened and type in your " LoginName " and " Password ".
Step 13 : Your now logged into your router.
Step 14 : Go back to your information site 'bout your router [ Your 2nd page you opened ]
Step 15 : Now follow the information but stop when it tell you what ports you need [ Beceause we gonna use different ports then " portforward.com" tell you ]
Step 16 : Now open the link, you can find in the "Download Links etc" --> "Server Settings" in this post.
Step 17 : Just copy the ports and press apply
Step 18 : To make sure your ports are open, open the link in "Download Links etc" --> "PortCheCker" install it and check your ports.
Step 19 : You're Done Good JoB

And this has something to do with Ragezone Gunz why?

I dont think it has something to do with RaGeGunZ I made this
for people who are working on a private server and for example:
dont know how to do this or dont see their server.

Didn't know that im pretty new to the forumz and i only

Not everyone has the same Router.
The Layout and functions is varieng.
Also, this only works when you are hosting the server on a Machine that uses THAT Router.
(You just configurated)
And i doubt that you can change the router settings when
you arent owning the machine (renting and owning is a difference)

Second thing, to get the Gateway adress you can just rightclick on your connection (sys control -> network connection) and then on status, last thing to do is Switch the tab.
Might take about 5 secs more but there are some ppl who cant work with dos...

If you read my tutorial correctly you can see that i say your inlog name and your password depends on your router check this @ www.portforward.com. 'Bout the DOS thats a way too but why should you can't work with dos you dont need to be a pro for doing this anyways i will add that way to my guide to make it better for you and for everyone.

I am NOT talking about the PW and ID jerk ...
The routers arent exactly the same.
For example, log onto your Router and then compare to my Router.

Maybe now you understand what i mean ~__~"
Also, like i said befor, this works only if the server runs on a machine thats using the Router you configurated.
And i dont mean the Client, i mean the real deal, the server.

I use the search button, but do you know there
are 1000 posts and videos wich explain you how
setup a server etc. I just made this to clear some
