Need help

im trying to make haste gems becuase the ones on my server arnt good enough...

and well is it even possible?

see i have coding from what i took from msql database outta my server.

im not sure becuase i've tryed added the skill to it from one of my weapons.

melee haste and it doesnt show up any ideas?
