Special Caracters in Characters names (!= ?¿)

Hi,

I'm working with Czf Season I Bugless file (For Sql 2000)

I've recently noticed that i can put special characters [!!"·$()] when i'm creating a new char, :/

how can i forbid this? i don't want to allow special characters when creating a new char.
