There are quite a few Graphical errors with this skin...I have been fixing it up for my own server as it was a good start...but thats all it is, a start, you should expect to do some of your OWN work, and know how to add it correctly.
In Short it seems to be incomplete, so you'll have to do some editing yourself to get it working right, I'll give you a tip, check the XLMx for the locations of each image and make sure each image is named correctly.

no I fixed this if you look at my post 2nd page I belive and the game menu is suppose to be half white and black

Heres the shop displaced fix:
In the Stage.xml, and Equipment.xml.. all you need to do is search "btn-shop-n.tga", and then you will see this..

The x axis, it was set to 279, it's supposed to be 270 though.. so just simply change it to 270 and then save it.

wtf are you talking, only the charater thinb can be edited in photoshop but the rest has to be edited in the xml files O.o
not just photoshop O.o!
