Need 08 System without .MEF?

I accidently renamed gametypeconfig.xml instead of gametypecfg.xml
change to gametypecfg.xml

keep crashing with the phail's runable :/

it worked for me once and then all of a sudden crashes.
I really dont know whats wrong with it atm so im trying to figure it out

Use phails theduel.exe
it allowed me to login
Make sure to use Windows XP
That is the only OS I got it to work so far

It works for me on 98se/2000/xp/vista
