Flash help

Right ive been refreshing my memory as to how to use flash (making a exebition of all my work for an open day coming up... looks rubbish but im really getting into unseing flash now) and i was wondering if anyone could teach me some more advanced stuff.... Im thinking along the lines of action scripts etc. Would be very usefull to know how to tell the animation to pause for a set number of seconds then contine. The way ive been doing it a the mo is by leaveing the timeline with a big gap in it at the mo.... And as im running it at 24fps the amount of total frames per scene is... BIG. So knowing how to do that would be usefull.

Any other info would be great 2. If anyone could make some cool tutorials on how to do intermediate flash etc that would be very usefull.... I would also post it on the site if its of good enough quality :).

Been messing around the header of the site to see if i could make it look a little more advanced. This is what i have so far. Nothing to impressive but as i said... im re-teching myself it :)

(best to load in flash player rather that IE / firefox as it will be contricted to the size i want then, n not full screen)
