There isn't a setting for this and you should not even attempt it as you WILL break your server. It isn't just the login that needs deleting you also have to do the inventory, skills, anti-addict info and a whole lot of other stuff and if you miss just 1 entry the next accounts/chars created will inherit all of the old values.
You would not gain anything by removing old accounts, it wouldn't make the database quicker or anything like that so it is best to just leave the accounts there.
there is easier solution for accounts that have no characters inside
