Translating the client is a huge job as there is massive amounts of text and almost nobody here speaks Chinese so we can't do it. You would be better off using the official Chinese client and synching the server to it as far less work would be needed.
The US cabalmain we use cannot display Chinese (or any multibyte language) so you would have to use a Chinese cabalmain no matter what you do.
