Channel "GM"

Hi

This release is very simple, this ... It would take him for release ... But useful for noobs in GunZ.

I set the "channel.xml", creating a channel called "GM" means any staff member of your gunz, to relog, go directly to that channel no matter what lv. No user without grade (255, 254 or 252) may enter that channel regardless of lv. Whether lv. 1 or 99.

What I have changed is the user lvs RESTRICTIONS of staff upgrades without modifying a lv impossible for a normal user, which by default of gunz, all moderators/administrators will have their own private channel.

It's a very simple release, although he believes that, by the need for privacy of the members of my staff to want to have a private conversation xD

This is something easy to do, but really hard to think xD. As easy editing, but many are not true, I decided to release this to let everyone know xD.
