There are a couple of versions of this file floating around. My first release of this contained a lot of fixed files.

It took me some hours, but here is the result of my work:
The listCFG files to open visad's Element 1.4.1 datafiles with Tekk's 6.2 Editor!
I've made some random verification and they seem to work correctly :D:
HowTo:
- You need Java Runtime Environment
- You need Tekk's Element Editor 6.2
- Copy the listCFG files into Tekk's Editor
- Start the Editor
- Select the element.data (1.4.1 release)
- Set File Version Other: 1.4.1
- Set Patch Version: 366
- Set Language: MY-EN
- Set Type: depending on the elemnt.data file :ott1:

Sorry it's the first time i'm trying this editor, i used "save as" to save my modified elements.data, but it don't apply my changes too :(
Also i don't know how to add or delete items...

as explained by raindelian here, try using Save not Save as, dont forget to backup (manually) your file before doing anything

First, Thank you uber kindly for the reupload.
However, I've extracted some of the downloaded RARs to find un ".pak" 'ed data. How do I put these items into a "surfaces.data" for example? Essentially, how do I get them into usable status?

I do not quite understand this part! use that program to open pck? I used the PW Packager, but it to open another fixeiros as models have to change their name to configs scene it will not open the one that it opens without changing the name and configs, and where in the config and put hng 138Mounts? Could you please explain that part better and tell you where to put ... thanks

Well...
Easy way to explain how to (models.pck is used as example):
- Open your models.pck with the pwpack tool (cmd: pwpack -x models.pck)
- Put every files from the models.rar into the extracted folder of your models.pck
- Then... repack your new models.pck (cmd: pwpack -z 1 -c models.pck.files models.pck)
Test it ingame !
It should be the same case for others pck folders...

also make sure thumbs arent enabled cause thar can sometimes mess up ur pck files u unpacked and re packed

I just want to know, is there any model/animation pack out there that has the werebeast/barb tiger form animations working? When I attack using tiger form, there are no animations. I'm using the HNG client.
