[ROW] health point rune off

health point rune off is so big for class magic character

any idea how to fix this hp size ?

yeah you can't really, they changed the multiplier of HP rune get off DEX way to high. (Was changed in later versions but we can't really use those so)

BUMP!! have idea for edit it?
