Hello all!
I have some few questions about creating Cabal Online server.
Like mssql, I don't know it :D ... Its a software or its a kind of PC type like Microsoft....???
Well, what is much recommended, US Client or EU Client? or SEA Client or PH client? or whatever??? But I think US Client... :D How about on Patch? US,EU,SEA,PH or whatever???

Read 1st all Guide's from Chumpywumpy and read them again and again and again. But when you hear "MSSQL or MYSQL" and you think WTF then I installment you let it be with the server. xP
Please post in the main section if you aren't sure where to post. The tutorials sections isn't the right one if you are asking for help.
You definitely need to do some reading before you start asking questions like these as they are all answered already.
If you don't know what MSSQL is then now is the time to learn as other suggested as this knowledge is critical in running a server. Without some basic knowledge here you won't get it working and you certainly won't be able to do anything with the server at all. MSSQL2005 express is free so it is easy to find and play with.
As for the client you can use one client and one client only and you will learn why as you start working with the server and reading topics. You need the US 30th of Jan 2008 client, non-updated, and either mine of Lost-Spirit's patch. any other client will cause you trouble.
