.enc ?

bom tenho uma duvida sobre por ip em arquivos
tipo eu achei um patch que o ip dele esta em um arquivo com nome cabal_iu.enc esta ingual internal mais se abrir como txt ou hex e alterar ele não funciona como eu posso utilizar o mesmo sistema para criar uma para meu cabalmain?

If you want to remove the need of internal.txt , you must edit and pack the file called "language.enc", to do this you can use the patch tool provided in Chumpy's repack 2.8. please note that this tool will NOT work in CentOS 4.X, you must use Centos 5.X, as altenative you can try use cabal tool by Balq, I know there is a tool to make this thing, but I never tryed this way.
