This server has no Folder and File Intall ???
In my way, you rar them --> config "config.inc" and "muweb_config.inc", then, you test with http://localhost

xamppp, unless you want to install Zend Optimizer manually.

Hi .. where can I set the status of the server .. that is ON or off in what file? and players on-line .... where it is set?

On my site still shows that the server works and is really off ... and does not show how many players online ..
