Invalid account during Login

When i created my account on the web,
it went through 100%,
on my editor, it also show

But when i tried to login the server,
it say invalid account..

I Tried turning MD5 On and Off..

Update:

Ok since i already tried md5 off soo many time,
I turn MD5 ON,
tried to create an account with MD5 On,
it give me a error..
MSG :
Error: Could not find stored procedure "Encript".

I also scanned my registry with Spy Bot search and destroy...still the same problem ;/
