Background is Tranparent (Probable)
To change position on screen
change the X, and Y numbers (0~800) have other method but i dont use, have a program (how name? i dont remember, know have Y,X Coordinate(google sayed "Coordinate" dont my fault)) he make a Y and X coordinate to you put

its been done before, its just not really worth it.
Depending on where you put it it will bug/mess up other things in the lobby.
