Creap and Bosses HP/Deffence

If this post is already the . I Am APOLOGY >.<"
Actually the point is, how to decrease Creap's, Boss and God Bosses their Attack and Health Power. And in some maps when My Char is attacking a particular Boss/Creap they are swapping more like Olgoc. Can any of the beautiful Guider's can tell me how to fixe or can provide me the files.(I only want Boss and creaps to be killed from 165level normal Stats char) Help me If any 1 want. I will appreciate his/her help. :D (If any mistake in My English I Am APOLOGY):)
