Bealex, he told you about a licence for season 5 files that his team created [that means they worked on the files in order to fix bugs, improved them and add new items ect. That's why they sell them]. There are no teams that develop 97d+99i for money anymore. You can download the free files from a download center. [Of course, there are also s5 files for free]
