Hello.
I have a problem on Chumpy's repack. I download all on FIRST category. Not all but most:):I download also the US client (Updated) then I put it on Cabal Server Client Side then I'm open the cabal.exe but the program has been opened is the Cabal US.
I dont know the cabalmain.exe if its works or not!
give me a guide!!!

You don't use cabal.exe to launch, you use the batch file (if using internal.txt) or cabalmain (if using language.enc). See my sig for a guide on how to start a client and also remember an updated US client will cause problems with a 2 year old server (which is how old our version is). The recommended client is OGPlanet 30th Jan 2008.
If you are not sure where to post use the main section not the development one and i will move it if it needs moving.
Ouch! I use a US client updated which when I open the US client, its open the launcher which is Cabal Reloaded. Ouch!
Don't use other server clients and definitely don't use updated ones as i don't even test updated clients. All my clients are build around the 30th Jan 08 one non-updated. This is the only one i test with.
Oh. I want to use PH client but I think its not Ok. :(
Using other clients will cause problems. Each cabal territory (PH/EU/US etc) has slightly different data in the enc files and this data is checked against the server copy of the same data, any differences and you get d/c. This is still the biggest reason for bugs even now.
We are working on supporting more languages if you look in the development section ;)
So the recommended type of patch is US too? cool! :D
