[Help] Mangos server is crashing. [DBC error]

Heya :)
i have a problem with my server...
i have an 3.2.2 client and downloaded 3.2.2a server (i tough it will not be a problem)
and now i have this problem:

BTW i want to run 3.2.2 server (Without the a), and i'am using classic pack means i hate all those "Noob Packs" so if someone can help me it will be great :)
