Cabal upgrade rates

Where i can change Upgrade rates..?
+1 100%
+2 100%
+3 100%
+4 100%
+5 100%
+6 50%
+7 25%

Have you even looked in the file? The settings are right at the bottom.

go to ur sv
ect/cabal/data/const.scp
in last have to change ur rate with and without exchange

i know where is it.. i uploud it, but i don`t know what table i must change.. :D

It isn't even confusingly named, it's obvious what it is.

[UpgradeCore] Grade_Value E_Default Enhance
0 1 100 100
1 2 100 100
2 3 52.5 100
3 4 41.25 100
4 5 30 60
5 6 18.75 30
6 7 8 15

3rd column is normal cores and 4th is enhanced cores before you ask.
