Does anybody have any info on whether the server(s) will be cross platform? i.e. ps3 and pc players can all play together.
Also if anyone knows why it isn't being made for Xbox, please share.

FFXI does allow cross platform so you should expect XIV to do the same.Quote:

For the moment, sony have the exclusivity rights for XIV on the PS3. But you know what happened with XIII, you should expect the exclusivity to end eventually and maybe pick up a 360 release. But for the moment, PS3 only.Quote:
