MuMaker/CzfEditor & Reset Limit

Hello...i use the czf 4.5 server files and ive got a few errors with the editors...the GUildMaker of MuMaker doesn't seem to work(sth abut member.count) and also i cannot Rename or Move characters fromt he CzFMueditor...and i really need all of these options....anyone knows how to solve this? or at least tell me a way to move and rename characters...

Also,i'm using the reset system from muweb 0.9 and it is just fine but i just wanna add a reset limit per day....i want to make 1 reset per day and every char is able to reset again every 22:00 GMT (UK time)
anyone that has the knownledge to do that? :)
