How to make slot on weapon using element editor?

plzz can some body tell me how to make slot on weapon / armor using element editore tekk's? or others editor? because my iweb dont work for XML editor....

i want to make an weapon sell on NPC and when player buy the weapon, it 100% got 2 socket , how to do that? is that posible?
