I'd pick Buffy (the Vampire Slayer). I love the world Joss Whedon created (Sunnydale) and the various characters (good and bad). Plus I died (twice) and am still kicking :P Plus she's a cutie and has some kickass moves (and Angel/Spike to play with, along with Willow hahah).
