Create link to GameServer.exe => Properties => Where is writen "blahblahblah...\GameServer\GameServer.exe" add => "127.0.0.1 55970 127.0.0.1 55960 55902"

127.0.0.1 - Local or Your Global IP
55970 - JoinServer Port
55960 - DataServer Port
55902 - GameServer Port

i use SUmmer Edition Server Files... T_T
