Fill-In Pop-Up Confusion

I need a Fill-In that Pops Up a second browser window. I can do the fill in, and I can do the pop-up .....but I've confused myself how to combine both.

How do I make a PopUp that uses a fill -in?

Can you clarify what you mean ? Do you mean a form that pops up in a window? If your using window.open you just need to supply a html page with a form as the location and with the relevant action to process the form or $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'];
