Just add a folder patch or anything you want. then put the server files included in launcher 4.3. then in editor put the url where the patch folder is located. i hope you get it :D
Configure lcfg.dat,
put the version to 0,
configure the rest, especially the patch server.
upload / put your svr.ini on the said location on lcfg.dat,
then on svr.ini, if you don't got any patches yet,
make a dump.rar, having no contents inside, then 0001=dump.rar
on the next patch, 0002=patch1.rar, put the patch1.rar on the same location as svr.ini.
