French Translation of PHPRetro

Hello,

I just finished the translation file for French PHPRetro. It took me a few days to finish it completely but I'm pretty proud.

Installation:

Installation is very simple, make a backup of these files:

- index.php
- forgot.php
- login_popup.php
- en.php

I had to recode some files to make them work better with PHPRetro and French and English translations.

Then, extract the files in the archive to the root of your installation PHPRetro.

/!\ Warning, a new installation is recommended to run perfectly PHPRetro in French! During installation, the first step, choose "Français".
