Figured you kiddos could have fun making your own cloaks, with a nice shading layer. I made this template for myself and used it on pretty much all cloaks I've made, uploaded it once in dev section for the other 2d devs to use but lost it. e.e;

There will be 4 layers. Top layer outlines the border of the cloak, the black will NOT be visible ingame.
The one under is the actual shading - the texture that makes the cloak look "wavy" and have a more cloaky feel to it. I recommend you create new shades though, like maybe flip the layer so the shading is not identical on all cloaks (-slaps myself-). xD
Also the opacity will be set to 100% when you first open the .psd. Simply jab it down to 80%-ish to make it look more like a realistic shade. Remember; different % for different colours and brightness.
The layer under the texture layer is the actual canvas, here you paint your cloak. :] PROTIP: Never EVER use 100% black on this layer, as 100% black is NEVER used ingame. It will kill the shading. I suggest you sample the black of the layer which is provided in the .psd for all black colours you'd like to use. (I made it for us devs, sadly not implemented ;-)
The bottom layer is just basic white layer, always good to have.
Hope this help some servers who want make their own cloaks ;D

Nice PSD, but your 2shared link is down, might want to update it, or [CODE] it, so it doesnt wrap the URL, because thats what breaks it..

He just copied and pasted it from the fame forums, where the text had wrapped already. Normally the wrapping wouldn't bother it because it would only effect the text and not the actually hyperlink.

It's for sharing your own stuff (aside from official server files) and not copy/paste stuff.
I believe Glaphan once said, if you didn't make it, or write it be whatever the case is, then don't release it here.
This place doesn't need to be another copy/paste dump for everyone's crap.

its not my stuff ok i writed in the begin of the thread its from Mygrapefruit and i just put the stuff here. alot of people here dont visit flyforfame's forum
