why you ask it ?
Just go in Data/Lang/XXX/item.txt you can see there all codes what you need
its like(for example):
12
1 jewel of chaos
so you enter in shop file:
12 1 0 0 0 0 0
If you want jewel bug then just change durability code what is 4th it will look like then
12 1 0 255 0 0 0
its easy to make your own shop, just need to work on them and you will learn fast ;) or use some programs
