It's not gone mate. It's located in Neverland Ranch (Mental's Lair, I believe). Crash has a post in Last person posting explaining what happened.
basically I made a new love shack thread for subs, Exy moved the lounge into Neverland, and my thread is a new chat thread etc. but with posts.
It's gay it is gone and where is MetaL's Lair section? Anyone give me a link..can't seem to find it at all, and nothing comes up when i search :/

Progress? Because of that thread and the lounge RaGEZONE has been on a major decline, according to most supers/mods. I don't think that thread/section could be considered progress at all.Quote:

Oh and to comment on progress, the majority of people posting in the thread were alpha and above, any members and member+ were just posting "HI IM THE BEST" or not posting at all.
The idea was that the outerworld became the lounge. Minus brainless spam which what ruined the section imo. (In the sense that the lounge turned into outerworld.) The alpha section takes the place of spam since it now does not count towards post count. (The old picture thread by donkjam is back.)

Ok, here is why it was done:
The Lounge was taking away "activity" from the Outerworld. Additionally, Mental's Lair was a barren wasteland. By doing this, all general threads go in the Outerworld, and Subscribers/Alphas actually have something to do now.
Nope, but I am/have been active on other forums both smaller and several orders of magnitude larger than this one and this is the only board I've seen where the colour of your username is of any importance whatsoever. Apart from, as it happens, a forum I used to mod for a friend. When we were 14 years old. I'm sorry but all these different user 'ranks' are a childish idea designed to make certain users feel more important and special than other users. However, nobody over the age of 14 actually gives a shit. And that's the problem, you're taking this silly little concept that should have been axed years ago and giving it even more importance than it had before. The subscriber only section has a few cool bits and hardly any modding.
The last person posting thread was saved from the lounge and given to the high posters area (which does not count posts) as somewhere to play.
Decent threads that would have gone in the lounge go right back where they used to be - the outerworld. I saved a few other recent threads before trashing the rest of the lounge.
Entertainment had also started to become rubbish after the seperate video area was tried out, so that's gone too.
