Then we could have a look and try getting it to work. Because at the moment, we dont know what you have edited or done so we cant at the moment suggest anything.
is not good configure but i still work :D we have Chaos Arena but ESoft hange end Fix this end if i look this files i see this Fix for Chaos Arena :D now i make good config fot this end be work :D
Check your entry in QuestDungeon.scp is right as the MaxUser is in there.

i thing wher is this problem in QD but in mobs ther u add all mobs end NPC in Dungeon end if i have null ther then Dungeon is not work. if i edit mcl i thing be work. i need all warp NPC end mobs in this all dungeon then i writing new dungeon.. :D
I have new cabalmain.exe but is inside Bug have block some kay xor :) but some time i unblock now i make dungeon.

some time if i make in my server all then i make here only Demo Chaos Arena only for Lv.30 ~60 :D
for AH is xor block Type 12 in cabalmain.exe is not work but if i mix for this then AH be work AH is NPC 32 Type 12. if u wotn normal shop u hange type to 1 then be open normal shop. add in ur server NPC end shop item list then be normal Work :P
u look chrinicle server i thing this server have cabalmain.exe for new costume ep3 but not have full ep3 :D http://www.cabalchronicle.com/ if u wont downloadt this client u go to Forum u have ther patch :D

wow very nice bro, but how do you know if it will only be Visible and not acessible to enter in this dungeons? It would be a very nice discover if you could enter on that and be able to do the dungeon as normal as in cabal official servers but i think that it has a long work to make it possible =) but keep up the good work! good luck =D
