Cabaltoolz hides many error messages and if it never stops "loading" then it has errors and hidden the message tellng you so. The only thing you can do is go into your php.ini and enable logging errors to file so you at least have an idea what happened.
I have said it before i don't think cabaltoolz should be used by anyone other than a php dev as if you aren't a dev you simply aren't going to be able to fix all the bugs and get it working. Every time i have tried helping people with it i have spent a few hours picking through various bugs and i eventually gave up helping as i could easily spend all of my free time doing nothing but fixing cabaltoolz installs :/

Read the forum rules before you post again. Bumping your own thread is not allowed, especially after not even a day ¬_¬ Learn to have some patience, and also learn how to search. TBH, though, I'd suggest just getting rid of CabalToolz. It's a heap of shit.
