I'm not really sure why the rule against selling files is not in the public rules thread, but it is in fact against the rules. Deving is fine though!

Just keep in mind that rather than doing such over MSN it would be more beneficial for readers if it was done in your thread. :):

Read my sig... No IMs! This comment by DK is one of my very good reason why.

I will meet on IRC or find an interface to MSN if I'm working very closely with one or two other devs... but by and large I prefer everything open and on permanent record.

Aside from anything else, I find we all live in different time zones, and getting people IMing or Emailing me when I'm in bed or at work is no more helpful that getting a forum post or PM. XD (I can actually post, or finish a post from work, I can't get Email or IMs. XD)

As for the rest of this post... hooray¡¡¡ It's not a release so I can't asses the quality of these adaptations. I've seen a lot of servers that make these claims, or achieve them in some gawd awful manner. The important factor from my point of view is how it was achieved. I don't care that you have done it, I don't want to play on a server that does it, I want to see the code and working practices... anything short of a release or help request is pointless on a dev forum from my point of view.

Okay, socialising and networking happens and leads to "community", so that's fair enough... Tutorials, guides and discoveries are far better than a release. But a list of features looks like a wish list or a boast to me, and I have no interest in either, so I fully support the original thread lock, and wouldn't mind if it was re-implemented on this thread.
