This Beast World Editor is up to date on some parts from v15.
This is not the 100% full working beast that barley people have.

Mini-Guide on how to setup:
1. Download Both Files
-Download winRaR if you do not have it.
2. Highlight both files and right click and extract
them together.
3. Start up the beast.
-You do not need to unpack an files
4. Make copy of world folder's incase you screw up.
5. Have Fun with your new beast.

This one can add monsters/items/npc's in it :O?

monsters and npcs have to be placed using the db i belive.

Erm no they goes trough dyo files and rgn
so they work or not o.O?

nope but they can be added through db i belive...

They can't at official files :P since i test my maps on those :P

MONSTERS comes in .RGN

How is it Related to DB though.

This is done on some emulators like Caali Emulator
Official files works with .dyo and .rgn
