Not sure if it works client side on my server yet but with this package you should(if your clients set right) be able to stream audio like music and chat to your client.
Not my files but they where far from easy to find so figured I would share :thumbup1:

The radio open out of the game on a internet browser page or on a music player like real player.

Should work in game if set right. Reason PWI`s opens a site is its a paid service(PW-MY use to run one way back if I do recall and old clients do suggest so in the data).
