Better English WorldDialog

I was annoyed by the wrong grammar and countless typos so I decided to correct them. Periods at the end of sentences are missing as well.

Instead of deleting the Korean part, you could have translated it by uploading the file to google and using a bit of common sense.

Nope, google says it is an invalid language. Or they can't find it in their database.

Anyways, No GOOGLE.
