[HELP]Modding Items/Mobs?

So I have had my server up and running for a while, (Thanks to Csharp for all the DB files), but my problem is item adding. I have (several times and without success) added items to the ItemInfo.shn, yet to no avail. I get anywhere from re-build errors on the file, to my server crashing when the item is added in. The latter is usually the error. I know my values are all correct (I took them from a reliable source), but yet my server (particularly the World00Character server) fails to load. I checked the Debug files, but they were mostly nonsense. I have made the necessary edits to both sides (client and server), but got nothing. I am mainly trying to add the new karen items in there.

As for mobs, no matter what values I add to abstate, abstateview, aktiveskill, activeskillview, and mobinfo.shn files, I get an error return "Parsing Failed. Check values". I am nearly 100% that my values are indeed correct (again taken from valid, working sources), but no go. I cannot just replace files either, (believe me, I have tried) due to the ones I am using as refrences being newer (and I believe having different headers) than the ones our Pservers are running with at this point and time. Any help or advice in the right direction a +.

Well I sucessfully added Karen weapons to my server, the files I modified were iteminfo.shn (client and server sided) itemviewwinfo.shn (client sided) and iteminfoserver.shn (server sided). Also make sure you have the proper files for the items you want to add (check your resitem folder in your client folder). Let me know if you need more help and what have you done so far.
