Urgency Skills god/evil 2 and 3

Sorry with the bad english im brazilian and
i dont talk a lot in english xD
i wanna help in my client i cant learn skils god and evil 2 and 3

and i down know how to repair that.. but i dont wanna change my client cuz in the client i've done a lot of changes and its almost perfect for me.. i just wanna repair the skills..

no meu client so consigo aprender god e evil 1 ..as outra fala que nao estao disponiveis..
e eu queria apenas concertar isso..pois ja editei bastante o client que tenho e pra mim ta quase perfeito
so queria mesmo concerta as skills sem ter quemudar de client..

espero que alguem possa me ajudar..

if you could provide some more information on that would be much helpful I think to help get an answer for you... such as what does it say or look like when you try to learn them, etc...

well

the skills evil and god 1 are perfectly.. but when i buy the books for skills evil/god 2 and 3 for any class i go to npc and the skills are there to learn but when i trie to learn apears:
"the skill is not avaible"
and i have money i have the book i have skill points..
i saw somewherer that this is a bug or something wrong on elements.data (server or client side) but i take a little look in the 2 files and i think that everything is normal..
so i dont have any idea why a receive " the skill is not avaible"..
ant this just apears when i click on YES button to buy the skill..

FB79/89 etc skills are not working in all relases of private servers.
There is no fix avaible at the moment.

I think he's referring to the level 2/3 fairy cultivation so he can learn skills from the books.

Fastest way is to edit your cultivation level via iweb. The normal way would be finishing the cultivation quests up to FB109.

im talking about skills 99 and 109..
every private server that i know i learn the skills from the books.. skills for cultivation evil and god2 e evil and god 3
like tempest storm (mg).. i cant learn the skills..
when a click to learn a message apears " the skill is not avaible"

but some skills i can learn ..some dont..

is not skills 79/100... im talking about skills 99 and 109..

and i have account with the cultivation.. 150 evil3 but i cant learn the skill evil3..

i saw that is a bug in some elements.data..but i dont know how to fix
and i dont know if is a real bug or something in elements.data

its not a bug - all skills are perefctly learning - which release do you use ?

Here the skill tb are not evolved.

try change elementskill.dll

I think the problem is in the element or task, but how to solve?

i tried change the elementsskill.dll

but dont work
i tried 4 different elementskill.dll

my server is client 1.3.1 with elements 1.3.6
is the same client as element genesis with amolst same itens but i edit a fell things..

i dont know if somebody knows "element genesis" but the files is the same that i use.

and i still have the problem " the skill is not avaible".

this is the only problem with my server ;x

remember that im talking about skills 99 and 109 for cultivation evil/god 2 and 3...
im NOT talking about skills 79/100

i dont know how to solve thiss..

some of bookskill's fairy 1, run's perfect

but some fairy 2 need cultivation fairy 3, eventualy at that book says need cultyvation fairy 2, try to up your cultivation to more higher.
