anyone know what this error means?

I am getting this error when I start the dbdemon

How can the PATH be wrong I extracted the files to my C:\server\

and I extracted the rest of the rar files to the folders they was already in.

The server files are imcomplete. you cant run a server.

I think everyone who downloaded the files knows there incomplete considering it says they are incomplete.

I am asking if anyone has gotten past that error yet or knows what it means.

No one has got a server completely running ill tell you that..

Anyway, set the path in your dbdemon.ini, that's your only and final hint, the shit won't work anyway.
