Survey and Checklist for Fiesta Server

OK need a quick survey on what operating system is better to run a fiesta server

Linux or Windows?

Another thing i need is for someone to post a checklist of all the files I need for running a Fiesta server. Someone who has a working server or is an expert on setting up Fiesta servers would be great. Also if you can post a site where to find the files and/or any bug or fixes i might need to do with the files etc.:thumbup:
